Grief group is an opportunity to be with other people who have experienced a loss of a close person in their life. Sometimes our grief is complicated due to the nature of our relationship with this person. Group creates a space to share your grief and loss experiences. Also hearing from others and how they articulate their experiences can be helpful to deepen your own understanding of what you are feeling. Our loss can be supported by safe spaces where mutual sharing builds trust and connection.
